Temitope Bolade-Akinbode is an ardent, enthusiastic storyteller who believes she can change the world through her words. Her foray into writing started out as a challenge when she stumbled on her younger sister writing a book. She decided to do the same and has gone on to write several fictional pieces, some of which have been published on lifestyle blogs.
Although she graduated with a Second Class Upper from the Biochemistry Department of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Tope’s artistic tendencies have always taken the forefront as she was an active member of her church drama department and a theatre troop while in school. It’s therefore no surprise she delved into screenwriting and her first movie for the big-screen, When Love Happens, was nominated in the African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA)
Since then, Tope has been a force in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry. She runs a writing management company, Writers Ink. with her business and writing partner and they both to their credit have about fifteen cinema movie titles like Hire a Man, Cold Feet, Lunch Time Heroes, Mama Drama to mention a few.
